• Arranging viewings 6 days a week 9am to 5pm, Saturdays 10am to 2pm and in
some cases driving tenants to viewings.
• Finding suitable tenants and carrying out reference and credit checks.
• Collection of deposit and monthly rent.
• Prepare full inventory and schedule of condition (check in & check out).
• Check-in for tenant; explanation of how to use major appliances and assist
with inventory.
• Advise utility companies & local authority of new tenancy & forward meter
readings.
• First point of contact for tenants.
• Settling accounts authorised by you, from rent received.
• Arranging repairs where necessary, via Greengates Properties maintenance
department or your own contractor.
• Regular inspections and statements if requested.
• Tenancy agreement drawn up & signed. Section 21 notice requiring
possession, served when necessary.
• At end of tenancy automatic re-listing of the property or renegotiation of
rent when appropriate.
